You will NOT be charged for your legal consultation…in fact, attorney fees are collected from the proceeds of your sale, meaning in most cases the lender will pay your attorney fees.
Information: We offer you a WEALTH of information at your fingertips to keep you informed. You will be provided access to our Attorney, Realtor, Quality Assurance Agent, Credit Restoration Company, Financial Planner, Mortgage Consultant and Rental Housing resources. We are NOT an ‘In and Our’ Real estate company. We will stay with you from start to finish, here to help and answer questions every step of the way.
